Water in your basement? Leaking pipes? Wet carpets?
Professional Water Extraction
We extract standing water and dry out affected areas as soon as possible.
Although spring seems to be the most common time that homes and businesses experience water issues, it can happen anytime. Instances of clogged drains and sewer backups, malfunctioning of appliances such as dishwashers or clothes washers, and basement foundation leaks are some of the most common causes. The goal is to dry out the affected areas as soon as possible. That’s where we can help!
It’s critical that all impacted areas be dried within 72 hours or less. Soggy carpets are not your friend. If the carpets are left in a wet or soggy state longer than 72 hours, mold will develop and spread to the rest of the home or business.

Our Water Extraction Process
How do we extract water and dry your carpets? We have top notch, commercial grade equipment. Our professionals are trained in best practices and are sensitive to the needs of those being served. First, we assess the situation in order to develop the best strategy. We look at the extent of the water damage, the amount of water in the area, and so on.
We have our equipment with us and can immediately begin the water extraction process. Water extraction is the removal of water either temporarily or permanently. Malfunctioning appliances are a relatively easy water extraction situation, and assuming the cause of the issue (the malfunctioning appliance) is serviced by an appropriate service professional, the solution is permanent. In the case of a leaking basement foundation, our technicians will extract the water but, if the leaky foundation is not repaired, the water may seep in again. In this case, immediate water removal can head off or delay more damage while the leak is being repaired.
Part of the water extraction process also includes inspecting the area to determine if further services are required. Soggy, wet carpets are smelly and impact the entire home with odors. Also, baseboards may require treatment to kill mold that may have started growing, or to stave off potential mold growth.
We look forward to serving you for your water removal needs!
