We team up with the hospitality industry to
Eliminate Lingering Indoor Odors
The service industry is no stranger to odors.
Restaurants and bars sometimes struggle with old food odors, or lingering smells after spilled beverages. Over time, these smells and stains become embedded and difficult to remove using standard cleaning methods.
Hotels, motels, and extended stay lodging centers experience all sorts of stains and odors. Whether a customer trekked dirt and mud from the lobby to their room, or perhaps they smoked in a non-smoking room, or even left a questionable stain on the carpet, trust us when we say we’ve seen it all.
Event centers rely on a perfectly presentable space for guest weddings, conferences, corporate retreats, and more. Odor Eliminators helps restaurants and bars, lodging, and event centers remove odors at their source.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ON
Hospitality Industry Odor Elimination
We use a machine called an ozone generator, which takes in the oxygen we breathe (O2) and turns it into ozone (O3). This process occurs naturally when oxygen comes in contact with ultraviolet sun rays and during a lightning storm. Ozone is highly reactive and bonds with odor-causing molecules to form a stable compound, changing its chemical structure. This destroys the odor, bacteria, and viruses, along with the additional oxygen molecule. This process is known as “oxidation.”
Ozone will begin to turn back into oxygen as soon as it is released into the room, which is a result of its reaction with odors, bacteria, and mold. Any leftover ozone will naturally break down into oxygen, and the treated space will be ready to use within two hours.
Our ozone treatment is natural, eco-friendly and safe. All that it leaves behind is oxygen and a fresh, clean scent similar to what you notice after a rainstorm.
For ozone odor removal, please allow 24 hours for oxidation to take effect.
When an ozone treatment is administered, the ozone penetrates every surface. Every odor-causing element in contact with the generated ozone will be obliterated. After ozone treatment, your home or car will be completely void of the odor-causing bacteria, viruses, or germs.
For all other services, you can immediately resume use of the space.
When you’re up against serious odors, you need a serious team of Odor Eliminators. Our Ozone technology is a powerful sterilizer that does not simply mask odors, it eliminates them altogether. The result is purified, odor-free air.
Water Extraction: Yes, feel free to work around our equipment.
Carpet Cleaning: Yes, we use a dry carpet cleaning process so you are able to walk on the carpet while we work. Immediately after cleaning the carpet, furniture can be returned to its proper place. There is no residue left behind, and no need to wait for carpets to dry as there is no liquid cleaner involved.
Odor Elimination: While the ozone treatment is in progress, please remove people, pets, and plants! Oxidation is an environmentally-friendly, safe, and quick means of completely eliminating smells left behind from all odor-causing agents, but it does extract the oxygen in the area. For this reason, we ask for a 24-hour wait to allow the ozone to turn back into oxygen.
